Delivery is only to the UK through the online shop.

EC & International Orders

We are happy to provide you with a quote for EC and International P&P and delivery.

Processing Orders

Occasionally we may not be able to process all or part of your order for example: if authorisation of your payment failed; if we made a mistake pricing or describing a product; if you require delivery outside of the UK; or if there are availability problems with part of your order. If there are any issues with your order, we will contact you by email.

Cancellation

If you wish to change or cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been dispatched then we will happily meet your request. If the order has already been dispatched then please refer to the Distance Selling Regulations below.

Your Right to Cancel

The Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to change your mind and cancel an order within seven working days after the day on which the goods are received. If you do decide to cancel, you should put this in writing, either by letter or email. You will be liable for the cost of returning goods if you change your mind about them. You must take care of goods whilst they are in your possession, the returned goods must be unused and arrive undamaged. If you decide to return the goods within these time limits, you are entitled to expect your money to be refunded within 30 days.
