Using the Teachers' Toolbox as Inspiration for Drama

My son had to write a melodrama similar to Sweeney Todd for homework. He was idealess. So I showed him this week's Storytime. There was a picture of a Swimming Pool, a Big Top, a Calendar, Coffee Time, Vegetable Waste and a Tie. Immediately he came up with two ideas, a Lifesaver who rescued people from the swiming pool and then strangled them claiming that they drowned, and a Cafe making cakes from vegetable waste from the local greengrocers. I'm not sure I will eat carrot cake ever again. The Teacher's Toolbox has so many more uses than the 5 activites I provide. 5 new sets of photos to give you inspiration every week.
